Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

  Place the unwashed, unworn shapewear in its original packaging, ensuring all labels and protective liners are in place.

  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label, secure it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund or store credit within 5-7 business days.
